We will always do our best to ensure that you are happy with your order and enjoy your experience at Bibbiti’s Boutique. As a small, independent business, we truly value your support and take pride in creating items you’ll love.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please 👉🏼 contact us 👈🏼 before leaving a negative review. Constructive feedback helps us grow and improve, while negative reviews can significantly impact a small business like ours. We’re committed to resolving any issues quickly and kindly.

Returns
You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, as per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Items must not be customised or personalised, as these are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
- If the returned item is found to be damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, we sincerely apologise. Please 👉🏼 contact us 👈🏼 within 7 days of receiving the item with:
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs of the fault or damage.
We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund based on your preference and the situation.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customised or personalised items.
- Gift cards.
Shipping Costs
- For non-faulty items, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- For faulty or damaged items, Bibbiti’s Boutique will cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
